Certified Nursing Assistant

About this role Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Certified Nursing Assistant to work in a medical facility located in Torrance, CA. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year acute adult experience in a Level 1 Trama Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population as a CNA. CNA will assist nurses and physicians in providing direct care to patients with critical injuries and acute medical conditions in a fast paced, high acuity environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, hygiene, and mobility; monitoring and recording vital signs and patient observations; transporting patients to diagnostic tests/procedures, surgeries, and transfers between units; and maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
