Job Title: Packer Job Description Join our dynamic team as a packer on the production line. Your main responsibility will be to package food products, ensuring they are ready for distribution to facilities in Madison, Dubuque, IA, and Rockford. You will also be tasked with palletizing totes, disposing of cardboard, and maintaining a clean and sanitized production area. High attention to detail and organization skills are essential, as you will need to keep track of inventory with minimal computer use. Responsibilities Package food products and prepare them for distribution. Palletize totes and dispose of cardboard waste. Maintain a clean and sanitized production area. Ensure high attention to detail in packaging and inventory tracking. Essential Skills Experience in packing, production, and packaging. Ability to pick and lift items over 40 pounds. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain inventory with minimal computer use. Why Work Here? Enjoy two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch during your shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stoughton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
