Description Vitalant is seeking a full-time in-office Senior Administrative Assistant to support assigned business units by performing advanced clerical and administrative duties. This role provides high-level administrative support, coordinates schedules and meetings, prepares reports, and assists with departmental projects to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Maintain leadership calendars including meetings, projects, and priorities. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare and track expense reconciliations. Coordinate logistics for meetings and activities including scheduling, room setup, audio-visual equipment, and expense management. Collaborate with other administrative support team members to achieve project goals and provide backup support as needed. Draft routine and confidential correspondence and communications. Maintain records and organized electronic and physical filing systems. Perform data entry and retrieve information using various software applications. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence. Maintain department supplies including office materials and forms. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. RequirementsMinimum of five years of related administrative experience High school diploma or GED required Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and office equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain organized office filing systems
