The Role As the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of warehouse processes by overseeing daily activities, maintaining quality assurance, controlling inventory, and managing warehouse associates. This includes organizing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring products are accounted for and stored properly. You oversee the value chain of incoming materials into materials consumed. What You'll Do Managing inventory movement, optimizing space, and improving warehouse workflows. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse. Leading warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring performance meets business goals. Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management and other team leads. Coordinates manpower requirements by increasing or decreasing personnel and overtime to meet changing conditions. Interfaces with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Provide a safe working environment in accordance with safety guidelines. Review and identify ways to remove operational waste. Maintains all safety regulations and company safety standards. Points out safety concerns to Supervisor when spotted. Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned What You'll Need 3+ years of warehouse experience 2+ years of management experience is preferred Strong communication and coaching skills Strong attention to detail Highly organized and efficient Keen sense of urgency and ability to adapt well to varying demand Ability to work well in a team environment ERP system knowledge (Service Titan is a plus!)
