Your Role: AJ's Impact & Data Systems Manager is part of the Ensure Team and serves in a cross-collaborative role with the Equip, Engage, and Ensure Teams. They are responsible for data management, systems administration, outcome measurement, and internal and external impact reporting. The Impact & Data Systems Manager is an agile, cross-disciplinary role that works with many operational systems and data sources to ensure key metrics are being collected, analyzed, and improved. Reports to: Vice President of Finance and Operations What you'll do: You are part of the Ensure Team which is responsible for Finance, Compliance, IT, HR, and facilities. Your role within this team is to: Develop, maintain, and optimize AJ internal team dashboards. This includes thought partnership with the Vice President of Finance and Operations and shared responsibility with other involved team members to evaluate and improve the underlying process for data capture in each area for relevant systems and stakeholders (ensuring stakeholder support and satisfaction), data hygiene support for current and legacy data, metric definition refinement, and establishing a cadence for dashboard updating. Oversee, direct, and execute GJC dashboards delivery for center volunteers and staff use. Oversee, direct, and execute center and volunteer offboarding to keep our data up to date. Oversee AJ's participation in non-profit/ financial certification programs and related outcome/ impact reporting. Serve as an administrator for AJ software and systems, keeping user lists and access levels matched to current needs, and assisting with staff onboarding, training, and offboarding for systems. Provide staff with accurate and timely data in response to requests for external purposes (grants, etc.) and internal needs. Perform quality assurance and data hygiene and maintenance to keep data accurate in various systems, including participating in monthly review of donation reconciliations. Develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations between data in various systems. Collaborate and facilitate smooth data transfer as part of systems upgrade or transition projects. Success in this role is measured by: High stakeholder (staff and volunteer) satisfaction with dashboard content and delivery speed. Timely and accurate data provided to staff. Maintain 3 or more non-profit/financial certifications with on-time applications and renewals. Skills and qualifications: In a growing, energetic relationship with Jesus and aligned with Administer Justice's Statement of Faith. Experience working with data from multiple sources, including the ability to analyze, maintain, and report on data accurately. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and cross-sheet references. Experience with Looker Studio or APIs a plus. Collaborative, flexible team player with a strong service mentality and commitment to lifelong learning. Self-starter who is adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly train and equip others with tools needed for success. Resourceful and creative problem solver with the ability to develop practical solutions. Motivated by good stewardship and a desire to see its impact as the organization advances God's Kingdom of justice. Bachelor's degree a plus. Experience in a nonprofit setting preferred. Schedule and Compensation: This position is part-time, 28 hours per week with flexible hours and is remote eligible. Compensation range is $23.50-$27.50 per hour depending on experience. Benefits are pursuant to employee handbook and include Paid Time Off and SIMPLE IRA employer match of 3%.
