Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - Quality ManagementJob Description We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on Quality Management within the Plan-to-Produce domain. This role involves collaborating with Quality and Operations functions to define and deliver technology-enabled business solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining strategic direction, determining business needs, and delivering best-in-class solutions for quality and integration to LIMS/MES systems. Responsibilities Interact with business and subject matter experts to understand requirements. Understand current system setups and design. Configure and develop scalable solutions based on design requirements. Assist team members and ensure project progression. Conduct PRE UAT, UAT, and prepare training documentation. Provide onsite training. Define detailed business requirements for technology enablement of business needs. Design and deliver technical Supply Chain Management solutions in partnership with Application and Infrastructure. Manage support tickets, master data definition, and release management. Provide technical delivery to meet business requirements. Create and maintain project charters, plans, and capital requests. Manage budgeting and project management processes. Provide system support and maintenance. Create and maintain system lifecycle documents. Participate in the Change Control process. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules. Exhibit regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP system functionality and technical understanding of SAP QM. Experience in SAP Quality Management configurations and integration with SAP PP/PI. At least two end-to-end implementations of SAP ERP, with experience on the latest ERP release. Experience with S4 HANA is a plus. Ability to manage a team and collaborate with local and global teams. Experience in managing Support teams to meet SLAs and perform regression testing for change release. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment. Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Ability to work in a virtual global organization. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience required. Agile & Scrum Certification is preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is a nice to have. Integration knowledge with external systems is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Exton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $89.00 - $89.00/hr.
