The Position: As a limited duration Business Analyst within the Customer Service Department, you'll play a key role in serving as a system administrator and vendor liaison for the District's Customer Information System (CIS). Please note this position is budgeted for four years from the hire date. We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and traits to join our team: Ability to serve in a critical system support role, working collaboratively with business units, process owners, and third-party vendors Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic workload Ability to quickly learn new systems and technical information Ability to map, analyze, and document business processes Strong interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively both independently and on cross-functional teams Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot as projects and priorities shift Experienced with enterprise-scale systems such as CIS or ERP Highly organized High attention to detail and accuracy Typically, a TVWD Business Analyst has their bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or business or public administration, at least five years of experience as a business/finance/systems/management analyst, and two years of experience with enterprise-scale technology (CIS, ERP, billing system). Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $88,878.40 to $133,307.20 per year depending on experience.
