Contract And Pricing Operations Analyst The Contract & Pricing Operations Analyst is responsible for the management and maintenance of contracts once awarded. They will handle all renewals, product changes, and price increases during the term of the contract. Additionally, they will be responsible for pricing all quotes, price discrepancies, product changes, bid/quote tabulation entry, forecasting, price data imports, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities Manage and maintain all contract renewals, evaluating pricing, products, and requests for increases in a timely manner to avoid pricing issues. Track contract expiration dates and proactively initiate contract renewals to avoid interruptions to the customer. Maintain accurate and up to date record of contract renewals, renewal timelines, customer communications, and changes to the contract in NetSuite. Recommend and implement process enhancements to renewal workflow to increase efficiency and improve workloads. Develop, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Manage pricing on all quotes and price discrepancies per the company guidelines. Complete competitive, accurate priced quotes based on cost analysis, market, trends, and internal pricing parameters and guidelines. Maintain quote template validity. Maintain updated records of win/loss rates and customer feedback, competitive pricing, and awarded vendor. Manage National Cooperatives contracts and GSA Contract to include communication with our partners to ensure Compliance and profitable growth, current usage and fees owed, maintenance and modifications for products, product information, and price and negotiated terms/conditions. Maintain records in an organized manner, with files and documentation being updated regularly to assist the department. Support the preparation, entry, and ongoing maintenance of bid tabulations Responsible for reviewing Engineering Change Requests and reports to identify any changes needing to be made to existing Contracts/Pricing and executing those changes with the customers. Work closely with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, Products, and other teams as needed. Train in pricing imports. Be knowledgeable on pricing flow within NetSuite to ensure price levels, groups, and contract details are imported correctly. Assist with pricing international quotes and freight as needed. Maintain relationships and collaborate with the Contract Capture Analyst team, Customer Service, Product, Procurement, and Sales teams, and Customers. Secondary Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring and managing the main department email to ensure all purchase orders and proposals are routed appropriately and in a timely manner. Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel Skills to analyze and present data Establish and manage recurring reporting requirements, ensuring consistency and data integrity Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors Manage ordering supplies and proactively monitor current inventory of supplies for the department. Assist with forecasting new contracts and renewals to internal departments. Support and participate in discussions with various bidding platforms to improve costs and functionality for more viable and cost-effective opportunities. Assist with reporting needs using various tools. Assist with registrations as needed. Education/Experience At least 2 years of Contract/Administrative or similar field experience.
