Administrative Clerk TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support government operations and high-volume documentation workflows in our Los Angeles Metro office. This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Los Angeles, CA area. The Administrative Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the Government's ongoing mission by providing critical administrative assistance in a fast-paced field environment. The Clerk ensures that essential documents, forms, and materials are accurately organized, processed, and made accessible to authorized personnel. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the physical ability to manage and transport case files and documents as part of daily operations. This position supports a Government field office responsible for lifelong immigration-related services. The Administrative Clerk contributes to workflows that enable applicants to complete required processes, participate in naturalization ceremonies, and receive timely adjudication support. Responsibilities: Retrieve and bundle Government-requested files for authorized personnel. Re-shelve files returned by Government personnel to maintain accurate record organization. Connect incoming correspondence with existing shelved files to ensure proper case consolidation. Support preparation for naturalization ceremonies, including printing and distributing certificates and gathering required applicant documentation. Provide on-site ceremony support, including escorting applicants, collecting green cards, and logging documents. Assist with processing Government forms and applications used in the adjudication process. Scan large multi-page documents with precision and accuracy. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational needs. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance through the Government. Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more and perform required physical tasks. Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles. Experience supporting Government operations or high-volume documentation environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documents. Proficiency in reading and understanding English. Comfort working in an environment that involves bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and lifting. Strong attention to detail and adherence to Government procedures and protocols. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trustworthiness.
