Bilingual Recruiter Job Category: Human Resources Requisition Number: BILIN005026 Full-Time On-site Fort Worth, TX 76179, USA Description Position Title: Recruiter Our Core Values: Guided by Safety. The Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. They should attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The Recruiter will have work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Roles and Responsibilities: Posts jobs both internally and externally through the Applicant Tracking System and internal emails. Prescreens candidates for positions applied and considers other appropriate openings based on the candidate's qualifications. Responds to candidate inquiries regarding open positions via phone, email, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and similar. Advises candidates on application processes. Coordinates scheduling and participates in face-to-face interviews with hiring managers. Manages social media accounts for recruiting and other purposes. Coordinates prescreens, interviews, and placements of temporary and temp-to-hire candidates with authorized vendors. Conducts data entry into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including disqualified candidates, notifications, hiring candidates and closing internal and external postings to ensure accuracy of candidate status and applicant flow logs. Attends to general day to day administration of the recruiting process. Attends and participates in job fairs, county job functions, and education fairs as needed. Organizes, schedules and plans company hiring events to make successful hiring advances. Travels for community outreach and cold recruiting. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the recruiting, selection, and hiring processes. Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport. Performs other related duties as required and assigned (special projects, company activities, and similar. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Willingness and ability to learn additional skills Experience and Education: High School Diploma Preferred 2 years of recruiting experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications: Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
