Junior Account Executive, Handbags Brand/Department: DKNY Handbags Reports To: Senior Account Executive Location (On-Site): New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our DKNY team. This role will play a critical part in supporting senior sales staff and ensuring the success of key wholesale initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong analytical skills and a passion for fashion. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing select wholesale accounts and maintaining daily communication with buyers • Support in order entry, confirmation, and tracking • Prepare selling tools including line sheets, price lists, and assortment overviews • Analyze weekly selling data and compile sales performance reports • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage production and delivery timelines • Organize samples and maintain showroom presentation standards Who You Are: • A team player who collaborates easily and supports others • A strategic thinker who sees the big picture and plans ahead • A fast learner who adapts quickly and embraces new challenges • A strong communicator who can clearly express ideas and listen actively • A self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or equivalent experience • 2–4 years of relevant experience in wholesale, showroom, or retail environment • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Experience with wholesale platforms • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills What We Offer: • Competitive salary • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) • PTO and company holidays • Employee discounts The pay range for this position is: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
