Material Handler- Picker/Packer

Material Handler- Picker/Packer Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Material Handler- Picker/Packer in Perrysburg Township, OH. As a Material Handler for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to stand, bend, and remain active for an 8-hour shift. Strong attention to detail and excellent attendance are essential for success in this role. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.25/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 1st shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform standard work tasks to support daily production operations. Pack products accurately and efficiently for shipment. Move materials throughout the facility as required to meet business needs. Operate a lift truck in accordance with company lift truck operating procedures. Perform work center replenishment tasks following shop floor data collection and work instruction procedures. Ensure accuracy of part numbers and documentation. Perform master label splits and combines as needed. Move materials to wrap stations and designated locations. Perform strap and wrap tasks according to processing standards. Pick components for work centers based on the Bill of Materials (BOM). Maintain an organized and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: Must maintain a valid lift truck license. Ability to repetitively lift boxes up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for an entire shift. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in part numbers and documentation. Excellent attendance and reliability. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Prior material handling, picking, or packing experience preferred. May be required to work different shifts depending on business needs.
