Quality Assurance Manager Greater Charlotte, NC Food Manufacturing | Seasonings Relocation Assistance Available Alpha Executive Search is partnering with a growing, mid-size seasoning manufacturer in the Greater Charlotte area to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for a newly created leadership role. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will own all quality and food safety functions across the facility, elevate the QA team, and ensure the integrity of the SQF program. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all QA and food safety programs • Oversee FDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and third-party audit compliance • Manage CAPAs, customer quality communication, and root cause investigations • Partner cross functionally with Production, R&D, and Purchasing to drive continuous improvement • Coach, train, and develop the QA team Requirements: • 5 to 10 years of progressive QA and food safety leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing • Strong SQF experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (REQUIRED) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Manager seeking broader ownership and executive visibility, or a high-performing QA Supervisor ready to step into a management role.
