Developing personalized treatment plans. Implementing therapeutic activities and exercises. Providing adaptive equipment recommendations. Teaching patients skills for daily living. Collaborating with healthcare professionals. Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions. Documenting patient progress and treatment. Offering emotional support and encouragement.
