Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Engagement in continuing education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported. Licensure Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
