Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist Program Analyst The ProSidian & Solkoa (Engagement Team) seek a Training/Logistics Specialist Program Analyst (Level 7) [CLIN0003 Full Time] The Federal Law Enforcemet Agency space at approved locations including OCONUS. Most of the work will be performed at the Agency's Office of Training, Quantico and Stafford, Virginia. to support an engagement for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Provide a Federal Law Enforcement Agency with Personnel Recovery (PR) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to further its existing Personnel Recovery (PR) Program behalf of The Law Enforcement Agency's, Office of Training (TR) with training to entail incorporating a one (1) day training regimen pertaining to Academic Resistance Laboratory Training (ARL). The ProSidian Engagement Team will also conduct a biannual Backcountry Skills Week training course, speak to, and develop a course syllabus for the anticipated future ten (10) day Personnel Recovery Emergency Preparedness (PREP)/Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) courses. Personnel Recovery SMEs shall suggest new policies and procedures, conduct/assist inter-agency coordination and provide training and operational support to The Law Enforcement Agency personnel that could potentially be isolated from other friendly personnel or detained by a terrorist or criminal elements while deployed Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The ProSidian Team shall provide training to The Agency Personnel, Task Force Officers, The Agency's Emergency Support Function (ESF-13), Other Government Agencies (OGAs), and foreign host nation counterparts. The SMEs shall be familiar with Department of State (DoS) Smith Training and High Threat Security Overseas Seminar (HTSOS), Serving Aboard for Families & Employees (SAFE), Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Incident Management System (NIMS). These SMEs shall provide training and recommend necessary information to be included in interagency Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs)/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU's) required to ensure The Law Enforcement Agency Personnel is incorporated into the existing Personnel Recovery (PR) infrastructure within the Department of Defense (DoD), DoS, and OGAs. SMEs shall provide training and logistical support for the Law Enforcement Agency's Office of Training (TR) and deploy assistance in both Continental United States (CONUS) and OCONUS training deployments. This is a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary. The ideal candidate shall work to support requirements as a Training/Logistics Specialist Program Analyst (Level 7) [CLIN0003 Full Time] and Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist shall support The Law Enforcement Agency's Office of Training (TR) requirements and operations. The Training/Logistics Specialist shall adhere to The Law Enforcement Agency policies, regulations, guidance, operational requirements, and terminology. The Training/Logistics Specialist shall also assist in performing daily tasks to support staff and management preparations for unit training and logistics. All Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialists shall work to support The Law Enforcement Agency's Office of Training (TR) to develop and submit recommendations to improve system integration in support of TR operations. The Training/Logistics Specialist shall be responsible for assisting with logistics, accountability, control, and maintenance of operationally-related equipment, ammunition, supplies, and training functions. Due to the nature of work, the Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist shall be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word processing programs to develop training, logistical and deployment calendars, schedules, and tracking material. Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist shall also be familiar with and proficient in the usage and management of information in the DEALS System. The Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist shall be responsible for gathering, writing, editing, and proofing all content and information for TR requirements. This position is critical to maintaining the highest standard of excellence as it relates to assets, plans, and materials available to TR training requirements and missions. The Training/Logistics Specialist shall assist in the development of a full range of materials in support of operational capabilities and interoperability with OGAs. This shall include development and implementation of various forms of unclassified and classified communications, associated support equipment, equipment employment, etc. Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialist shall communicate and develop relationships with equipment providers' SMEs to solicit updated information and best practices.
