Advanced technical knowledge and the ability to apply complex state and federal laws, rules, and regulations to evaluate taxpayer accounts and respond to taxpayer questions is desired. The ability to multi-task between in person taxpayer customer service and inbound taxpayer phone calls is important. This position may be cross trained in other functional areas, including collections, income tax, gross receipts, and withholding tax processing.
