Licensing Coordinator / Data entry Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Licensing Coordinator to join their team. As a vital part of the licensing support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management and efficient processing of business licensing applications across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to operational excellence and inclusivity. Job Title: Licensing Coordinator Location: Frisco, TX - OnsiteDuration: 6+ months with highly possible extension / Conversion What's the Job? Research jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites to gather necessary licensing information. Accurately enter data into the company's database, ensuring completeness and correctness. Support the submission of license applications and respond to requests for additional information from stores or jurisdictions. Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to licensing processes with organization and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and streamline licensing workflows. What's Needed? At least 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, licensing, or regulatory support. Proficiency in using a laptop, basic Excel skills, and data entry systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Experience managing mail or document flow is preferred.
