WHAT YOU WILL DO Develops and maintains positive relationships with assigned customers, ensuring timely and professional communication regarding order status, inquiries, and expediting requests. Collaborates with internal teams (scheduling, engineering, production) to ensure accurate understanding of customer specifications and to facilitate on-time, complete shipments. Reviews reports regularly to support order entry and maintain adherence to standard lead times, assisting with color chip sample requests and acknowledgments of customer orders. Provides daily support to Order Entry Specialists and Account Managers, addressing issues related to customer orders and participating in customer conference calls as needed. Upholds company standards for customer service, confidentiality, and professional conduct, while participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery. Assists with various office tasks and performs additional duties as assigned to support overall team objectives. WHO YOU ARE Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, with 1-2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent listening, customer relations, and data entry skills; accurate and efficient in handling information. Outgoing, positive personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in manufacturing, customer relations, and quality systems required; able to work collaboratively in a team or independently as needed.
