Manufacturing Quality Manager

Quality Manager – Manufacturing – Lancaster, SC We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality, ESG, and continuous improvement across our North American manufacturing operations. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards—from suppliers to production to final delivery. What You’ll Do Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and support ISO/ESG requirements Lead internal & external audits Oversee supplier quality, incoming material checks, and corrective actions Drive production quality, root‑cause analysis, SPC, and process improvements Handle customer quality issues, audits, and documentation Oversee lab testing, calibration, and testing procedures Lead Lean/Kaizen and continuous improvement projects Work closely with Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or a related field 7–10+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, auditing, SPC, and root‑cause tools Experience leading teams and cross‑functional initiatives SAP experience is a plus
