Job Description Temp - RN - ICU (Nights) Pontiac, MI Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care during night shifts. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients across a diverse patient population, including adolescent to geriatric, with diagnoses ranging from medical and surgical to cardiac and neurosurgical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will develop, coordinate, and deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment. What We Require: Active RN license in the state of Michigan Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to supervise and collaborate with CNA/SNA, LPN, or other healthcare staff Ability to work night shifts efficiently and effectively Nice to Have Skills: Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience Other Requirements: Current CPR certification Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Travel reimbursements and certification updates provided as applicable This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $54.94, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and an attractive referral bonus program.
