? Now Hiring: Quality Manager | Manufacturing (Greater Boston, MA) We"re seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead Quality teams across multiple local sites in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a quality leader who enjoys partnering with Operations, driving continuous improvement, and owning results in a regulated manufacturing environment. What you"ll do: Lead Incoming, In‑Process, and Final Inspection teams Own MRB, nonconforming material control, and CAPA Drive root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001) Build and present meaningful quality metrics Partner cross‑functionally to strengthen manufacturing performance What we"re looking for: 8+ years in Quality and/or Operations within complex manufacturing Prior people leadership experience Strong ISO 9001 knowledge (auditor experience a plus) Experience with electro‑mechanical assemblies Clear communicator who can influence across teams If you"re a Quality leader ready to make an impact, apply today
