A sophisticated, family investment office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee day‑to‑day office operations. This role sits at the center of the organization and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skill. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior investment leadership Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑up documentation Oversee daily office operations and vendor coordination Serve as a liaison with external partners including legal, financial, and advisory firms Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and meeting logistics Maintain highly organized digital and physical records, including confidential materials Assist with preparation, tracking, and organization of investment and governance documents Provide select administrative, personal, or philanthropic support as appropriate The Ideal Background 7+ years supporting senior executives in a high‑touch/professional services environment Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management tools Polished, service‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting Why This Role High‑trust, long‑term opportunity within a respected private office Meaningful partnership with senior leadership Exposure to investments, governance, and complex operations Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
