About the Job Carolina Facial Plastics is a premier facial plastic surgery practice in Charlotte, NC, known for exceptional patient care, safety, and natural results. We are seeking an experienced PACU Nurse to join our growing team and play a key role in our AAAASF-accredited in-office surgical suite. Position Overview: This role is ideal for a highly skilled PACU nurse who values patient safety, teamwork, and excellence. In addition to post-anesthesia care, this position will assist with the daily operations of our accredited surgical suite, ensuring compliance, organization, and readiness for surgical cases. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care (PACU) for surgical patients. Monitor patients during recovery, including vital signs, pain control, and post-operative safety. Assist with AAAASF surgical suite operations , including room turnover, supply management, and workflow efficiency. Help maintain AAAASF accreditation standards , policies, protocols, and required documentation. Ensure all licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements are current and maintained. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, professionalism, and discretion. Required Qualifications: Active RN license (North Carolina or eligible for NC licensure) Required PACU experience (minimum experience expected; ASC or surgical setting preferred) Strong understanding of post-anesthesia recovery and patient monitoring. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in an AAAASF-accredited facility or ambulatory surgery center strongly preferred.
