Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design specialized treatment strategies that enable them to meet their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methods to boost patients' physical coordination, cognition, and daily living skills. Engage in Collaborative Care: Work side-by-side with other healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy techniques to encourage continuous improvement at home. Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify therapies as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.
