Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assembly Worker role located in Fort Mill, SC. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for performing small product assembly tasks, sorting and counting components, and ensuring that manufactured and printed products meet our quality standards. Additional responsibilities include participating in light manufacturing processes, conducting quality control checks, and assisting with any necessary training to ensure production goals are met. Work is performed on-site at our Fort Mill, SC facility between 8AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Qualifications Proficiency in using hand tools and performing light mechanical assembly tasks Ability to accurately place small objects within a small target area using your hands Experience in quality control practices to ensure products meet company standards Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures Ability to effectively participate in and benefit from training sessions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Good organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead
