Position details: This position is full-time in office located at 1215 Manor Dr. Mechanicsburg (opportunity for hybrid after 90 days in office). Pay: $17/hr. Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm. Benefits start day 1! How You'll Make An Impact Expense Management: Process and manage expense payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various types of invoices. This includes retrieving and reviewing invoice details, verifying sufficient funds for payments, and ensuring all invoices are paid in full and on time. Client and Vendor Coordination: Handle invoices from diverse clients, primarily relationship managers (RMs), as well as independent vendor submissions. Additional Responsibilities Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to expand your role over time. About You Required: High school diploma or GED required. At least one year office work experience. Working knowledge of current business software such as Outlook and Excel. Detail oriented and organized.
