SOP Content Developer & Creator

Food Manufacturing SOP Content Developer & Creator Consultant We’re looking for someone detail-oriented to help us create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our food production processes. You’ll take what we’re already doing and turn it into clear, step-by-step procedures that make training and compliance easy. What you’ll do: Write SOPs for everything from raw materials to production, packaging, and sanitation. Make sure everything meets FDA, USDA, GMP, and HACCP requirements. Work with our production and QA teams to capture how things really get done. Put together flow charts, checklists, and training materials. Review and tidy up existing SOPs to make them clear and consistent. What we’re looking for: Experience in food manufacturing or quality management. Hands-on experience creating SOPs or managing quality systems. Know your way around FDA, USDA, and HACCP requirements. Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor and juggling multiple projects.
