Mental Health Clinical Manager

The OpportunityLead a clinical team at one of Colorados fastest-growing private-pay therapy practices. As Clinical Manager of our Denver location, youll have direct ownership of clinical quality, therapist development, and team performance, with a seat at the leadership table of an award-winning practice in active growth mode.This is a hybrid clinician-leader role. Youll carry a 15-session clinical caseload per week while leading and developing the clinical staff at the Denver center. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Teams and offers a clear path to Clinical Director.Denver is one of five CWC locations across Colorados Front Range. As Clinical Manager, youll be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Clinical Managers and Directors who represent each location and report to the Director of Clinical Teams. You wont be building in isolation. Youll have peers who understand the work, share best practices, and support each other.This isnt a senior therapist role with a management title attached.
