The OpportunityLead a clinical team at one of Colorados fastest-growing private-pay therapy practices. As Clinical Manager of our Denver location, youll have direct ownership of clinical quality, therapist development, and team performance, with a seat at the leadership table of an award-winning practice in active growth mode.This is a hybrid clinician-leader role. Youll carry a 15-session clinical caseload per week while leading and developing the clinical staff at the Denver center. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Teams and offers a clear path to Clinical Director.Denver is one of five CWC locations across Colorados Front Range. As Clinical Manager, youll be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Clinical Managers and Directors who represent each location and report to the Director of Clinical Teams. You wont be building in isolation. Youll have peers who understand the work, share best practices, and support each other.This isnt a senior therapist role with a management title attached. Its a true leadership position for a clinician who wants to build something: someone who understands what it takes to develop therapists, drive clinical excellence, and grow a practice.Why Colorado Womens CenterCWC is a mission-driven organization rooted in empowering women. You will love coming to work at this historic building in one of Denvers most dynamic and exciting neighborhoods between Lower Downtown and Lower Highlands.What Youll DoClinical LeadershipProvide clinical supervision to therapists at the Denver locationProvide individual and/or couples counseling to CWC clients Conduct ongoing clinical performance reviews for clinical staff and intervene when neededLead clinical staff development, including training, mentorship, and professional growthEnsure adherence to clinical standards and organizational processes Practice LeadershipCollaborate with fellow Clinical Managers, Directors, and the Director of Clinical Teams on practice-wide initiativesAssist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new therapistsAttend and facilitate clinical team meetingsUphold CWC culture, mission, and values at the Denver centerWho You AreRequiredGraduate-level degree in a counseling-related field (PhD, PsyD, or Masters)Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed PsychologistMinimum 3 years post-independent-licensure clinical experienceAt least 1 year of clinical supervision experienceDemonstrated management or team leadership experienceStrongly PreferredApproved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) or equivalent certificationCouples counseling experienceCompensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation Package: Up to $110,000+Includes base salary, annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Annual performance bonusPaid time off (vacation, holidays, and sick days)Malpractice insurance fully coveredContinuing education stipendProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible schedule with autonomy over your clinical and leadership calendarDedicated Intake Coordinator team handles all intake consultationsFull client billing supportWeekly peer support meetings with other CWC managersClear career path to Clinical DirectorA deeply inspiring mission and a beautiful workspaceLocation1764 Platte St, Denver, CO 80202This positions primary place of work is located at our beautiful location in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
