Job Description

The QA Manager implements and manages that all operations meet the highest quality standards and recommends adjustments to the production line; inspects materials and products being produced to ensure that all products meet requirements and recommends training where needed. Responsibilities include the following: Make sure production meets customer approval sample criteria Making sure that employees are following procedures and standards. Ensure that packaging meets customer criteria as per account manager. Provide quality inspection in every step of production and oversee the auditors that are doing the inspections. Provide final inspection before finalizing orders and shipping to customers. Ensure services exceed customer expectations Double check packaging and labeling for product being shipped. Stay on top of staff and make sure that proper production processes are being completed and provide training where needed. Skills/abilities Previous experience leading quality in a manufacturing/production environment. Experience in the apparel industry strongly preferred Knowledge of Print processes and standards preferred Excellent Organizational skills including time management and multitasking. Attention to detail and eye for misprints, damages, and color variation. Quick Decision Making ability to react and resolve issues on the spot. Ability to collaborate with Production leadership and employees to resolve quality issues.
