Responsibilities: Safely operate a sit-down electric forklift in compliance with company and safety standards Ensure continuous production flow by delivering accurate raw materials to production lines Maintain precise lot tracking for all incoming raw materials and packaging components Load and unload raw materials and finished products efficiently Proactively pick, stage, and organize finished goods for shipment Accurately label and identify raw materials for proper inventory control Remove production waste promptly to maintain workflow and cleanliness Utilize RF scanning technology to scan, track, and barcode materials within the inventory system Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications: Prior forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Ability to read and interpret pick lists and operate electronic inventory systems Strong communication skills with the ability to follow and relay instructions effectively Quick learner with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Paid Time Off Direct Hire
