About Palmer Apartments Location: Saint Charles, Maryland 20602 # of Units: 152 About Smallwood Gardens Apartments Location: Saint Charles, Maryland 20602 # of Units: 208 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Ensure regulatory compliance with all necessary governing agencies by screening all potential residents for eligibility; performing income certifications and re-certifications; completing all move-in, move-out, interim, and annual re-certifications with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner; maintaining waitlist records, resident files, and all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to government regulations; and conducting regular, independent file audits in accuracy and track and make any necessary corrections. Qualifications Position Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment leasing Affordable Housing Requirements - BOND/HUD/LIHTC A valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office Schedule Requirements: Monday - Friday #CAPREITUS
