Clinical Programs Analyst As the Clinical Programs Analyst, you'll be the behind-the-scenes architect and day-to-day captain for Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics' health initiatives. Working under the strategic guidance of our Programs Manager and Clinic Director, you will help dream up, build, and launch everything from population health projects to engaging education curricula for both patients and staff. Your mission is to maintain the operational integrity of our daily programs, ensuring the gears turn smoothly so we can provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our local families. To succeed in this role, you should be a data enthusiast with a talent for extraction and analytics, turning complex numbers into actionable clinical insights. You are a natural educator and a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between data and people, collaborating effortlessly with our medical staff to drive program success. Responsibilities Evaluates program effectiveness, analyzes results, and recommends appropriate action. Coordinates program activities with other department(s) or staff activities, ensuring optimum efficiency. Develops cooperative relationships with patients and families by projecting a positive image and creating a professional atmosphere. Develops program communications and promotional literature for distribution. Prepares periodic reports, financial statements, and records for management or outside agencies. Contributes to the preparation of analysis on financial, utilization, and quality performance metrics by consolidating data from different payor reporting systems. Contributes to the management of data reporting progress for value-based incentive program metrics, including the development and distribution of monthly monitoring reports for leadership and programs committee. Identifies beneficiaries who are possible candidates for health coaching for individual programs. Generates reports using MANA's EHR, CMS, Medicaid, and other resources to devise quality improvement strategies or support the programs committee in achieving the necessary metrics for value-based incentive programs. Tracks the coordination of logistics, scheduling of resources, and regular internal analysis of quality data for value-based incentive programs, in order to provide support to the programs department. Interdepartmental project management to ensure smooth project execution regarding designated areas of focus. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Qualifications -Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.-Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
