The Role Our care teammates work with our clients in their homes to provide high quality, consistent care. They support older adults with ADL and IADL assistance, all while understanding the emotional and psychological challenges aging presents to our clients and their families. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values you and sets you up for success every week. You are A CNA with valid drivers license, car insurance, and positive DMV check. Dedicated to providing to your clients the best care. A strong communicator and creative problem solver. Reliable, punctual and compassionate. Responsibilities Provide In-Home Care to our client's. Engage clients' in meaningful conversation, social interaction, and companionship. Foster a positive relationship with client's, family members and care professionals. Assist in daily living tasks, physical activities, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Help assist with medication reminders, ambulation and mobility support. Assist clients with personal care and hygiene services. Transporting client's to appointments, run errands or accompany clients while shopping. Monitor the health of our client' s and reporting concerns. Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean and well maintained to provide a safe environment. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Legal to work in United States. Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Must have an insured vehicle with proof of auto owners' insurance for transporting clients. Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen A negative TB Test Screening. May be required to lift 25 pounds.
