Position Summary: The Talent Management Coordinator will be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining systems and tools associated with talent management. This will include the development of job descriptions, defining of competencies and associated tools, and tracking the outcomes. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree Excellent knowledge of performance management and talent assessments Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization Developed written, oral communication and presentation skills Ability to adjust work schedule according to the business needs Thorough understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives. Intermediate Windows-based including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Outlook Resourceful, highly organized, and able to prioritize Ability to maintain confidentiality Self-starter with ability to work independently Ability to work within a team Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, delivery of the Performance Management process and system Manage the Talent Assessment process (schedule, analysis, report, present) Be a change agent, actively leading the transition from prior performance management processes and systems. Train and coach leaders and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance review discussions. Design and present metrics and execute associated action plans. Improve and streamline the process of managing staff development and performance. Align strategic goals with department and individual performance. Transform the manual career path process into a comprehensive electronic system Manage confidentiality of data Improve and maintain the clinical competencies by working with subject matter experts and assure the performance management system is meeting expectations and standards. Serve as a member of the (specific team) and participate in all team meetings and activities. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Ethics and with the framework of the law. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned Schedule: (8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m.) Office days are flexible.
