Parts cleaner details: Temp-to-hire position $20.00/hour Full time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Clean steel parts and materials using shop cleaning equipment and tools Prepare parts for processing, shipping, or additional fabrication work Assist with basic shop tasks such as moving materials and organizing work areas Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, or defects before they move to the next stage Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment Parts cleaner qualifications: Ability to accurately measure materials to within 1/16 of an inch using a tape measure Comfortable lifting and moving materials (up to 4050 lbs) Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic mechanical or shop experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and willingness to learn Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
