Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular audits, training and supervising QA staff, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role also involves ensuring product safety and addressing quality-related customer concerns. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles County, CA. Qualifications Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and process improvement methodologies Executing and monitoring all phases of the quality process flow, including receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections, while also assisting in quality system development, leading quality teams, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with AS-9100D and ISO-9001:2015 standards. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance Leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and suggest improvements Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus Proficiency in quality management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
