What You'll Need to Succeed: Valid and active Ohio dental license Proficiency in general dentistry procedures including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, paperless charting, panoramic imaging, air-driven handpieces, and CBCT technology Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail Nice to Have: Experience covering travel and lodging for locum roles Familiarity with CBCT or advanced imaging systems Comfortable working with a diverse patient demographic Preferred Education & Experience: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution Prior experience in a similar general dentistry role Prior experience working with all age groups and emergency cases Other Requirements: Willing to work the scheduled shifts: Monday 9 am - 5 pm, Tuesday 9 am - 7 pm, Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm, Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 3 pm Availability to start on or around January 5, 2026 The role may include coverage for travel and lodging expenses when applicable This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $117.75, along with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.
