RN CVOR - Open Heart

Position: RN CVOR - Open Heart Location: Kissimmee, FL Shift/Schedule: Days 7a-7p | Full-Time | ON CALL once a week & one weekend a month Required and MUST live 30 mins. away from the hospital What You'll Do: You must be proficient in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and accurately analyzing assessment data to inform and guide clinical decision-making and care planning for cardiovascular patients requiring critical care. Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. Qualifications Required: MUST have 1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start. BSN is preferred BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) Certifications - Required CNOR - Highly Preferred Compensation & Benefits: Pay Rate: UP to $46.26/hr. (Based on years of experience) On call pay: $4/hr. Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr. Nights, $1.50/hr.
