Junior Laborer

DescriptionActioNet is seeking a Laborer to join our team in Multiple CONUS sites across Vienna, VA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Zanesville, OH; Blue Ash, OH; Bangor, ME; Chattanooga, TN; Alcoa, TN; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Battle Creek, MI; Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will Assists engineers and technicians with placement of infrastructure components, pre-configuration. Performs tasks involving physical labor at installation site to aid daily operations Responsibilities Performs tasks involving physical labor at installation to aid daily operations. Assists in movement of equipment, racks, boxes, pallets. Assists in cleanup and restoration of facilities to pre-install conditions. Disposes of waste materials. Performs site preparation and implementation activities required to implement approved ISP/OSP solution. Operates hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites; dig trenches; set braces to support the sides of excavations; erect scaffolding; and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Assists in the installation of ISP/OSP cabling, installation of racks/cabinets and equipment. Racks and stacks network devices. Performs cable dressing, labeling, and documentation. Assists in restoration activities to return site to previous condition before project work.
