Anticipated Speech and Language Pathologist School Year

Position Type: Student Services/Speech and Language Pathologist Date Posted: 3/9/2026 Location: Multiple Buildings Closing Date: 03/23/2026 The successful candidate for this position must possess a valid and active Pennsylvania Department of Education certificate for Speech and Language Impairment as well as evidence of Certificate of Clinical Competence. This position supports the speech, language, and communication needs across students with special needs as well as students being determined for possible special education eligibility. The candidate should be well versed in speech and language assessments, specific interventions that can be implemented both in individual and group therapy, familiarity with the evaluation, re-evaluation and IEP process, billing, and assistive technology for students with unique speech disorders. The professional candidate(s) selected for this assignment understands and agrees that they may be required to work in a blended or online format as requested by administration. The candidate will be required to provide direct therapy as well as consultation to teams. This role maintains case management of students with Speech and Language Impairments as well as is a contributor providing speech as a related service across multiple grade levels. Previous experience in the school setting and experience with students with autism is preferred. New Teacher Orientation is August 20-21, 24-26, 2026.
