Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity This role will be based in the New York, San Carlos, and Redwood City offices. Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest. Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:What You'll Do: Design a comprehensive outcomes measurement suite across key categories. Expand measurement capabilities to include deeper performance insights, categorical outcomes (foot traffic, web conversions, sales lift), incrementality, and cross-screen R&F). Define core KPIs, data pipelines, reporting structures and customer narratives. Consolidate various planning capabilities into a clear, unified experience. Partner with Engineering and SSP teams to leverage metadata, viewing and inventory models into forecasting. Partner with Sales, Account teams, and Marketing to position measurement and planning products for success in the marketplace. Act as subject matter expert in measurement and product development. Conduct discovery work and build new Products which lie at the intersection of data, measurement and customer needs (example - Conversions API). Deliver core product work for all the above (discovery, documentation, alignment, roadmapping, capacity planning, delivery, and execution). What You'll Bring: Ability to lead a team of engineers in building and maintaining innovative TV planning and measurement solutions. Keeping them focused, organized and releasing products on time - based on the product strategy and roadmap you manage. 4+ years of actionable product management, with a proven track record of being technically proficient and delivering meaningful solutions adopted by the advertising ecosystem. Sophisticated understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSP and SSP systems and architectures. Proven ability to translate both technical details and business goals into an actionable product strategy. Ability to communicate with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams about a well-defined and refined roadmap for your areas of focus. Work with Engineering to scope, Design, Develop, QA, and bug fix new planning and measurement solutions. Use automation and AI architectures to drive further innovations and efficiencies. A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Bachelor's degree required, technical or MBA graduate degree a plus. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $165,000 - $195, 000 the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
