About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Consultant who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and prioritizes client satisfaction. Our service portfolio features projects of various sizes and complexities, including ACS Optimize and ACS Architect, allowing you to align your work with your expertise and interests. We prioritize building strong customer relationships by thoroughly understanding each client's business processes and addressing complex NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations. The Senior Principal Consultant will be pivotal within a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering a top-tier omnichannel commerce platform, especially for retail businesses in the Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories (AFA) sector, as well as Health and Beauty (HB) industries. You will use your industry insights to understand both functional and technical requirements, implementing NetSuite solutions that meet our clients' operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead business process analysis with clients, implementing functional scopes and coordinating project tasks effectively. Guide clients in aligning their business needs with NetSuite solutions, driving innovation through configurations and customizations. Identify customer value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology and proactively develop effective resolution strategies. Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement complex business solutions. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables from team members and mentor junior consultants in their professional development. Stay informed on product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications to enhance your expertise. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Retail. Proven experience in end-to-end implementations focused on Retail and ERP solutions within the AFA or HB sectors. Familiarity with NetSuite solutions or similar ERP platforms. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Some knowledge of retail management, eCommerce, warehouse management, or accounting systems. Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
