THE WORK: Are you ready to leverage your cloud expertise and development skills to solve intricate challenges and drive substantial business outcomes? As a hands-on Google Cloud specialist, you understand that excellent software transcends elegant code; it must create real value. You will be instrumental in bridging business needs with technological capabilities, working closely with clients to design, build, and implement advanced Accenture solutions on Google Cloud. Your approach will embody modern agile and software engineering principles aimed at rapid value delivery. Hands-On Full Stack Development: Engage in the design, build, testing, and deployment of complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud, overseeing the entire service delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support. Client-Facing Solutioning: Collaborate directly with clients to identify their business challenges, translate requirements into technical specifications, and serve as a technical advisor throughout the project. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor both on-shore and off-shore teams, conduct peer reviews, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success. Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Adopt modern engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile setting, delivering high-quality software efficiently. Outcome-Driven Delivery across Google Cloud: Utilize your expertise to achieve exceptional results in areas such as: Data & AI: Build data pipelines and analytics solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Looker. Generative & Agentic AI: Assist in designing and developing AI solutions utilizing Vertex AI and Gemini models. Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense: Build solutions that augment modern security operations platforms. Marketing Intelligence & Personalization: Create data-driven marketing solutions that integrate customer data. Customer Engagement (CES): Transform customer experiences with solutions like Contact Center AI (CCaaS). Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Deliver solutions leveraging Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and modern CI/CD practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Minimum of 2 years in a hands-on, client-facing technology role. At least 2 years of experience building solutions on Google Cloud and familiarity with an Object-Oriented Programming Language. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage technical and executive stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Consulting experience in leading innovation. Expertise in product-led engineering practices. Deep understanding of GCP and related technologies. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud databases and data integration tools. Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and building custom automations. Google Cloud Professional certifications.
