Job Details: Enjoy the freedom to prioritize your patients without corporate administrative interference! Caseloads build rapidly; members of our team can attest to this! We nurture a collaborative environment of therapists and prescribers working together. Regular collaboration is encouraged, with monthly staffing meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics alongside prescribers. Conduct your clinical work from home, choosing your own days and hours, while participating in virtual clinical team meetings. Compensation is hourly, with medical insurance benefits available for full-time therapists. We seek someone passionate about working in a collaborative format to ensure seamless coordination among our psychiatric and counseling providers. Job Requirements: Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and be open to licensure in additional states. While significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience with diverse populations, particularly the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is highly valued. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in computer use and basic technology. Compensation: Hourly Salary Range: $50 - $70 USD
