Your Role as a Compassionate LPN Your journey with us will involve: - Delivering direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders. - Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatments. - Collaborating with Registered Nurses to share observations and implement care plans. - Building meaningful connections with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental health needs for best outcomes. - Celebrating patient successes along their recovery journey. Qualifications Valid LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations. Current CPR certification. Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
