Senior HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team and excel in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service and educate homeowners about their options, ensuring they make informed decisions about their heating and cooling needs. Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and recommend replacements for heating and cooling systems including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and more. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of HVAC issues to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of HVAC systems post-service to confirm proper functioning. Communicate each service and repair clearly to customers, fostering transparency and trust. Provide detailed assessments and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, including cost/benefit analyses of new systems. Document services performed accurately and efficiently on invoices. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards. Mentor and assist in training junior Maintenance Technicians. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable HVAC Service Technician experience. EPA and NATE certification preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge are essential. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces and extreme temperatures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is necessary.
