Customer Service Specialist for Media Center This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in the United States. About the Role We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist for Media Center to elevate the operations of our State and Community Health Media Center. This web-based platform acts as a comprehensive repository for vital advertising and marketing materials focused on public health topics such as nutrition and chronic disease prevention. You will play a critical role in ensuring our users are satisfied and that we comply with federal standards. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Media Center users. Manage user requests, including account approvals and asset orders. Provide guidance and support to users in ordering media assets. Coordinate production services to create or adapt media materials as necessary. Maintain secure records of agreements, asset distribution, and relevant documentation. Ensure prompt processing of requests, adhering to service standards. Identify promising assets for review and potential inclusion in the Media Center. Engage with organizations regarding file acquisition and required documentation. Manage digital assets within the Media Center's database and web application. Conduct annual asset usage reviews for authorization compliance. Notify users about upcoming asset agreement expirations and gather feedback. Oversee archiving processes to eliminate outdated or inappropriate assets. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in customer service coordination, digital asset management, or similar fields. Experience supporting federal contracts, particularly with organizations like CDC or HHS. Proficient in managing web-based systems and databases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tracking systems. Able to work independently and proactively resolve issues. Must pass federal background screening and maintain government clearance. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in public health, communications, marketing, or a related field. Physical Requirements: This role involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Occasionally, lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.
