Primary Responsibilities: Organize and provide home care services including medication administration, education and wound care among other responsibilities Coordinate with the RN supervisor to assure the client driven plan of care strives to meet positive outcomes through on-going evaluation using evidence-based practice Making certain the home care provided is compliant with state and federal regulations (documentation and delivered) through participation in chart review and following established process Assure that services provided are efficient and of value, meeting the expectations of quality healthcare delivery within operations goals of the division, Southwest Medical Home Health and UnitedHealth Group Majority of job duties are carried out in patients' homes and driving throughout the community On call, weekends and rotating holidays as needed Shifts can include weekdays, weekends or combination of both Other responsibilities as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Valid nonrestrictive Nevada nursing license, liable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance Proven good clinical and assessment skills with experience in IV's, ports, drains, tubes, wound care, wound vacs and Foley's Willing to travel from home to home, participate in on-call and holiday coverage rotations and be willing to work at least 1 weekend day every week Preferred Qualifications: Home Health experience and knowledge with OASIS Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
