Become the Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy You Aspire to Be Your impactful journey will involve: Delivering direct care to patients who require medical gas, breathing therapies, and medication. Overseeing patient care, including administering breathing treatments, conducting assessments, creating individualized care plans, and addressing patient concerns effectively. Fostering meaningful connections with patients by taking the time to address their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrating patient milestones and improvements along their journey. Qualifications Valid State License in Respiratory Therapy. Current CPR certification. ACLS certification is preferred. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program. Preferred two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy. Previous supervisory or management experience is advantageous.
